Something I love about having sessions with Patricia (Starchaser) is that she pulls in whatever type of healing is needed  (of course, she always asks if it's OK). She sometimes surprises me with an aromatherapy inhaler, which she say's "helps me maintain that clearer state."

Starchaser's (Patricia's) introductory presentation to aromatherapy was very informative and fun. She illustrated how smell works and what parts of the brain are involved in smelling. She explained how essential oils are extracted too. She presents it so clearly and enthusiastically. What I loved, though, was the part where we got to smell different essential oils and compare how they effect us differently - where they went in the body and what memories and feelings they invoked.
