Meditation Format
Listeners follow along at a comfortable guided pace accompanied by soothing music in the background. All meditations are under 15 minutes long, making them ideal for busy, active people with not a lot of extra time on their hands. Some meditations are as short as seven minutes.
Meditations are downloadable in an mp3 format so they can be listened to on computers, tablets, cellphones, and other devices. They’re convenient to use on an office break, for the mass transit commuters’ trip home (not recommended for drivers), when out walking or on travel. And, of course, they can be listened to at home at any time.

Starchaser Guided Meditation Series
Grounding, Relaxing, and Clearing the Mind
The meditation begins with grounding, then gradually relaxes and ultimately clears the mind. It uses guided breathwork. (Approximately seven minutes long.)
Getting into Theta
This meditation takes the listener into a Theta state. The brain typically goes into Theta when a person meditates and daydreams. Some practices of inner body awareness, working with the subconscious or boosting the manifestation of intentions also utilize the Theta state. None of my guided meditations use hypnosis. When the guiding portion ends, the music continues for approximately three or four minutes to give the listener time to enjoy or use the Theta state. (Approximately twelve minutes long.)
Getting In Touch With the Inside
To help you more from your thinking mind to your body mind. This meditation teaches you and gives you the experience of sensing within your body. It’s an introductory meditation to create awareness tot eh most accessible senses within your body. Once mastering this process, you can move on to deeper sensing and inner relating techniques.
The guided process takes approximately ten minutes.
Taming the Monkey
This is a two-part recording. The first part is a podcast that explains what is Monkey Mind (restless, anxious thinking) is and how to tame it. It goes through a series of dos and don’ts related to pre-bedtime behaviors and explains three different relaxation meditations included in part two. Part one is informative. Part two contains the guided meditations.
For your convenience, the recordings are separated. In this way, you listen to the meditations over and over without having skip through the first portion each time. Part One is approximately 12 minutes long and Part Two is approximately 15 minutes long: 8 minutes of guided meditation and 7 additional minutes of relaxing music to accompany you into further self-guided visualization if you like).
This guided meditation series is one more way that I support self-healing, and my mission of helping people help themselves to a healthier, more rewarding, and enjoyable life.
