In-Person and Virtual Workshop: Learn to Breath Into Greater Stress Resilience
Although the content of my Build Stress Resilience Using Breath Technique workshops varies a bit from time to time, they all have a similar focus and content.
Stress and Stress Resilience
People have an innate capacity to regulate their stress response. However, not everyone responds to the same stressors and in the same way. In order to address stress, each person has to be aware of it, their own progressive stress signals or symptoms, and how to calm the signals to and within the body.
Build Stress Resilience Using Breath Techniques Workshop Content
The workshop starts off with a brief review of stressors, stress response, and the body’s rebalancing capacities, such as, but not limited to, different breathing techniques.
The bulk of the time will be dedicated to learning and practicing a variety of breath techniques and how each relates to our innate capacities to rebalance.
